Flip through and see! A fun open mic and songs about octopi, the ability to help an ukulele player understand more about their instrument, seeing the joy of their first handcrafted ukulele, hearing them lament over choices and helping them come to a decision over sound.

All these things are happening at the Denver Ukefest! Why wouldn’t I go?😃

The #levitatewallrack is for ukulele as well as guitars and bass’!

#denverukefest highlight…

This guy… Casey is an instructor at #swallowhillmusic . But, I think he’s much more than that. His excitement for others to enjoy making music is evident in his charismatic charm and open heart. We LOVE this guy.
.
When we were set up he was the first to come and play our instruments, and of course had to “watch the clock”, so as not to be late for the workshop he was teaching. What an inspiration to see him immersed in his element. All smiles and cordially encouraging the whole room to play, and play better!
.
Hats off to you Casey! May your bass be heard in the heavens and have the angels swinging to the beat!

@ukekurt ! So good to see my friend and bruddah🤙🏾. We presented UkeKurt the #gilmanmodelukulele2 . This #sixstringukulele #tenorukulele made of #chocolatealbieza and #bearclawsprucetop is his second acquisition and we were so amped to see him put it through the paces!
(He played it for almost 5 hours straight after opening it!🤪).
.
Lots of questions came from attendees and staff alike about it and all the comments were uplifting and encouraging! .
.
So mahalo and plenty aloha’s out to UkeKurt! Helping make a good show GREAT!

She also plays a mean ukulele and has a voice of an angel!
