Neck shaping, Fretboard building, and installing t

Neck shaping, Fretboard building, and installing the fretboard to the neck.
.
More goes on behind the scenes.
The neck shape gets rough shaped to 150 grit, the tenon gets fit into the body and aligned by slowly paring it into the perfectly tight fit. It also is aligned with the centerline of the body and squared to the front to assure the fretboard will be straight and parallel to the body. All done with a hand chisel.
.
This fretboard has a 20’ radius for superb comfort and playability. It means the nut and saddle also must have an equivalent radius’s.
